## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field
 * Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing digital products from concept through implementation
 * Experience working throughout the product development lifecycle, including discovery, prototyping, testing, and delivery
 * Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
 * Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms
 * Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, user flows, and design systems
 * Strong visual design skills with an emphasis on usability and accessibility
 * Familiarity with modern product development and Agile methodologies

## Description

Kforce has a client in Creve Coeur, MO that is seeking a UX Designer (Nearshore)., We are seeking a creative and user-focused Product Designer to help shape intuitive digital experiences that solve real-world business challenges. This role will play a key part in designing web and mobile applications that improve customer workflows, streamline operations, and deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, thrives in collaborative environments, and is comfortable working throughout the entire product development lifecycle. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, quality assurance teams, and business stakeholders to transform ideas and customer feedback into impactful product solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to tackle both complex strategic initiatives and smaller iterative enhancements while influencing the overall user experience of a growing suite of software products.
