## Description

* Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365 Umgebungen (Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, uvm.)
 * Verwaltung und Konfiguration von Azure AD / Entra ID, inkl. Conditional Access, Identity Protection und hybrider Szenarien
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Azure-Umgebungen (z. B. Ressourcenmanagement, Monitoring, Governance, Security)
 * Sicherstellung von Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit, Compliance und Datenschutz in der M365- und Azure-Umgebung
 * Unterstützung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support bei komplexen Themen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Richtlinien und Best Practices
