 * Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in Endpoint-Management-Tools (z.B. Intune), IT-Sicherheitsgrundlagen sowie Erfahrung mit ITSM-Ticketsystemen\n\t
 * Sie sind kommunikationsstark, serviceorientiert und ein zuverlässiger Teamplayer mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise\n\t
 * Sie verfügen über sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (mind. C1) \n

## Description

* Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für alle Mitarbeitenden - Sie nehmen Anfragen persönlich vor Ort, per Telefon, Fernwartungssoftware oder Ticketsystem entgegen und bearbeiten diese strukturiert und lösungsorientiert\n\t
 * Sie unterstützen den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur (z.B. Windows Server, Azure AD / Entra ID, Netzwerk) und tragen aktiv zur Stabilität unserer Systeme bei\n\t
 * Sie bearbeiten Service- und Störungsanfragen im 1st Level Support, überwachen den Systembetrieb und eskalieren komplexe Fälle an den 2nd Level Support oder externe Dienstleister\n\t
 * Zudem sind Sie zuständig für das Endpoint-Management (Notebooks, Mobile Devices) inkl. Bereitstellung, Konfiguration und Dokumentation\n\t
 * Sie sind hilfsbereit und neugierig, übernehmen Verantwortung und kommunizieren gerne mit Menschen\n
