The Educational Technology Support Technician is responsible for repairing district laptop/desktop devices and related software (various platforms), obtaining repair/replacement supplies, supporting staff with technology issues in person/email/phone, and working with the District Educational Technology Services staff to solve district-wide problems and plan new technology implementations., * Manage and support all Windows 11 desktops and computers to minimize downtime and costs while maintaining a great user experience. * Maintain a record of technical support via the district ticketing system. * Confer with staff, users, and administration to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
