In this high-level role, you will act as a technical champion, translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient ServiceNow solutions., * Design, develop, test, and deploy clean, maintainable, and efficient code on the ServiceNow platform. * Configure and customize core ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, while adhering to out-of-the-box (OOTB) best practices. * Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine, ServiceNow Studio, and Flow Designer. * Write robust client-side and server-side JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and UI Pages. 2. Governance, Upgrades, & Best Practices * Participate in platform upgrades, performing patch testing, clone-backs, and managing update sets with rigorous quality assurance and conflict resolution. * Document technical designs, architecture diagrams, system configurations, and support playbooks. 3.
