* Plattform-Betrieb: Sie betreiben und stabilisieren die Virtualisierungs- und Storage-Landschaften
 * Systemadministration: Sie betreuen Cluster, Hosts, VMs sowie Storage-Volumes und optimieren kontinuierlich deren Performance und Verfügbarkeit.
 * Hardware-Verantwortung: Sie übernehmen den verlässlichen Betrieb der zugrunde liegenden Hardware wie Server, Storage-Systeme und SAN-Switches.
 * Lifecycle & Planung: Sie analysieren Auslastungstrends, führen Kapazitätsplanungen durch und setzen Lifecycle-Maßnahmen, Migrationen sowie Erweiterungen eigenständig um.
 * Support & Security: Sie steuern die Störungsbehebung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support, setzen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit der IT-Security um und steuern externe Provider.
