## About the Role

* Must have a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering at the start of this development program
 * Be willing to relocate, as required, upon completion of the Accelerated Development Program
 * Must be at least 18 years of age.
 * Must be legally authorized to work in a country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

Preferred Requirements

 * Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point
 * Previous Internship/Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams.
 * Previous internship or co-op experience in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division
 * Leadership experience as demonstrated by your involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community

## Description

* Opportunity to work/lead projects that may include:
 + Capital (CAPEX) projects
 + Updating the site's process/value stream map
 + Creating and submitting FCAs
 + Continuous Improvement and Cost Savings Projects
 + Project leadership
 * Green Belt Training and Certification
 * Investigation of new plant engineering processes and techniques
 + New installations and facility revisions
 + Developing drawings and specifications for equipment layout
 * Exposure to different areas within the Engineering function: Process, Controls, Robotics, RX, Continuous Improvement, Innovations, and Design
 * Manufacturing operations hands-on experience
 * Mentorship during and after the program
 * Rotating site visits
