## About the Role

* 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture, development, or administration experience
 * Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification preferred
 * Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
 * Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
 * Experience with Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware platforms
 * Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

 * Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions
 * Oversee Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems
 * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators
 * Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
 * Manage Salesforce org health, data governance, and platform security standards
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to drive Salesforce roadmap planning and continuous improvement
