## Description

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Development Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire configuration, integration, and cloud/SaaS implementations within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, drive architecture decisions, and deliver scalable solutions for PolicyCenter platforms, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
️ Key Responsibilities
Guidewire PolicyCenter Development

 * Lead design and development of:

 * PCFs (Page Configuration Files)
 * Business Rules
 * Data Models
 * GUnit test cases
 * Customize and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions

Implementation & Migration

 * Lead full lifecycle implementations of Guidewire PolicyCenter
 * Work on:

 * New implementations (PolicyCenter V10 - SaaS model)
 * Migration from on-prem to Guidewire Cloud

Integration & APIs

 * Design and implement integrations with:

 * External portals
 * Third-party systems
 * Work with:

 * REST APIs
 * Message queues
 * Batch processes

Cloud & Data Platform

 * Work with:

 * Guidewire Cloud Data Access platform
 * Ensure:

 * Data integration
 * Performance optimization

Leadership & Delivery

 * Lead development teams and provide technical guidance
 * Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions
 * Collaborate with:

 * Business stakeholders
 * Architects
 * QA teams
