## About the Role

* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, OR relevant accredited technical certification, OR equivalent work experience
 * Mainframe Skills - ~10 yrs
 * Required - COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, and VSAM.
 * Preferred - Assembler, z/OS Connect.

 * Experience building SOAP/REST APIs in Python
 * AWS Skills - ~ 5 yrs
 * Knowledge on all common AWS services (Preferred services - Lambda, ECS, Docker, S3, DynamoDB,RDS/Postgres SQL, EventBridge)
 * Experience designing and architecting solutions on AWS
Preferred /Nice to haves

 + Experience with Vantage or a similar Annuity policy admin system on the mainframe is a significant plus
 + Experience using AI code assistants to enhance developer velocity and code quality.
