 * Supporting and maintaining servers, networks, and security systems
 * Working with the team on IT projects like upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
 * Visiting client sites when hands-on support is needed
 * Helping users get the most out of tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
 * Keeping documentation tidy and accurate
