Highly Desirable (But Not Essential) * Professional certifications in Change Management (PROSCI, APMG) or Project Management. * Procurement or contract qualifications (such as CIPS). * Prior experience handling tenders/RFPs or working within a regulated environment like healthcare, the NHS, or the charity sector., If you are a resilient, self-motivated operator ready to make a tangible impact on our community, we want to hear from you. ## Description At Willowbrook Hospice we believe "Every Contact Counts", we are seeking an independent Operations and Compliance Manager for an immediate 6-month contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct team. Working directly alongside our Senior Leadership and Executive Team, you will be the sole driver managing our operational change, compliance frameworks, and supplier governance. If you are a self-starter who loves handling the details yourself to build resilient, high-performing processes, this project is for you.
