You are responsible for the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), with a strong focus on SuccessFactors Learning, ensuring reliable, efficient, and user-friendly learning operations services. In this role, you act as a central expert for LMS-related topics, supporting system enhancements, resolving issues, and enabling global learning initiatives through effective system setup and operational support. You collaborate closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and external service providers, advising on system capabilities and helping to implement best practices within established frameworks and standards. Additionally, you ensure high-quality process documentation, compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and contribute to governance and continuous improvement initiatives within learning operations. This position is ideal for a hands-on, system-oriented professional with a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for driving innovation and process excellence in digital learning environments.
