## Description

Are you an experienced SAP user with a passion for systems, processes and continuous improvement? Arvato is looking for an SAP Super User to join our team at our Hams Hall warehouse.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our warehouse operation, helping colleagues get the most from SAP and ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

 * Act as a key point of contact for SAP within the warehouse environment.
 * Provide day-to-day support and guidance to colleagues using SAP.
 * Troubleshoot system and process issues, escalating more complex problems where required.
 * Support the implementation and testing of SAP system changes.
 * Identify opportunities to improve processes, system usage and operational efficiency.
 * Work closely with warehouse, operations and other business teams to resolve issues.
 * Help train and coach colleagues on SAP processes and functionality.
 * Monitor data accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly.
 * Produce and analyse relevant system and operational reports.
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
