If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of the support staff at Ribblesdale School, working in the heart of the Ribble Valley in Lancashire. The successful candidate will be a proactive and positive person, who is approachable and has a calm, professional manner. You will be flexible enough to meet the changing demands of a busy school day and able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines. The ability to communicate well with pupils, parents and staff is a pre-requisite of the role. Based predominantly at our secondary provision, but flexible enough to support across both sites, the successful candidate will provide a high-quality administrative support, managing a varied workload and contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the school. The postholder will work alongside the existing business, finance, HR and administration teams, taking responsibility for a range of administration duties. It is essential that you have strong IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
