· Experience scheduling maintenance jobs is desirable but not essential

## Description

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Administrator to assist with the day to day running of the department. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following;

 * Scheduling of PPM tasks with clients as per the PPM planner ensuring all client KPIs are met.
 * Raising of booked jobs on our CAFM system to deploy to engineers
 * Assigning relevant RAMS to jobs for engineers
 * Completing FGas Compliance Logs for attended sites
 * Proof reading job reports for errors before sending to clients and the service dept. if remedials are required.
 * Sign off completed jobs on relevant spreadsheets to ensure up to date records are maintained.
 * Invoicing of all jobs ensuring correct POs are used where applicable.
 * Raising of POs for engineers to buy tools and materials when required.
 * Quoting new contracts from domestic and small commercial sales leads from the sales department
 * Professionally answer incoming telephone calls and divert accordingly
 * Ensuring that all operatives time is fully utilized and travelling kept to a minimum
 * Liaising with sub-contractors to arrange works and obtain updates.
 * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and maintenance personnel
