## About the Role

Do you have experience in Customer service?, * General knowledge of computers and office equipment; strong troubleshooting skills

 * Ability to quickly learn new systems and become a subject matter expert
 * Experience with AthenaNet or other EMR systems preferred*
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work effectively with diverse teams (physicians, nurses, pharmacists, volunteers)
 * Self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs
 * Nonprofit or volunteer experience preferred

*AthenaNet is a cloud-based EMR system. Training is available; the ideal candidate will quickly develop expertise and help train and support others.

## Description

This individual will troubleshoot on-site technology, support clinic staff and volunteers, and serve as an AthenaNet "Super User." The role requires strong technical skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Approximately 12 hours per week., * Provide technical support for clinic equipment (computers, printers, scanners, fax, copier)

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues during clinic hours
 * Set up, secure, and store laptops at the end of each session
 * Serve as AthenaNet EMR Super User; support volunteers and staff with system use
 * Train new volunteers and staff on AthenaNet functionality and best practices
 * Stay current on AthenaNet updates and communicate relevant changes
 * Maintain a professional, approachable, and service-oriented presence
