## About the Role

* 6+ years of commercial experience as a Developer or Software Engineer, predominantly with Microsoft development tools
 * Strong backend development experience
 * Strong C# / .NET experience from version 8 onwards
 * Strong Azure cloud-native development experience, including AKS, Container Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure DevOps
 * Good knowledge and experience with Azure AI Foundry
 * Strong SQL / SQL Server experience, including schema design, EF Core migrations, and query performance tuning
 * Good knowledge of software architecture, scalability, and best practices
 * Experience with microservices patterns
 * Experience with frontend development such as React, TypeScript, or Angular
 * Strong team player who is comfortable engaging with business stakeholders and third-party partners

## Description

* Build and enhance our AI-driven capabilities using modern AI technology
 * Help migrate a complex monolithic booking system to a new .NET 10 Azure-native microservices solution
 * Work hands-on across backend development and cloud-native engineering
 * Make pragmatic architectural and engineering decisions that keep delivery front and centre
 * Contribute to building out our AI offering
 * Collaborate with two mid-level full-stack engineers and report directly into the CTO
 * Engage with business stakeholders and third-party partners as needed
