We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to serve as a combined Functional Manager and Technical Manager within our Software Engineering organization. This position offers the chance to make a lasting impact on one of the most strategic programs in the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) portfolio while advancing your own leadership career. In this dual-role position, you will guide a talented team of engineers while driving the design, implementation, and sustainment of mission-critical software solutions. You will spend time providing technical leadership througharchitecture reviews, overseeing program execution, and planning for next generation solutions. You will also lead on the people side, mentoring engineers, developing careers, and guiding performance across the team.
