Have 5 to 10 years of networking technologies experience. Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) or higher certification is preferred. Must have exceptional skills with Cisco operating systems. Must have in-depth knowledge of networking systems and infrastructure beyond the LAN environment. Must be capable of utilizing information gathered from packet sniffers and other sources to analyze and troubleshoot complex application-performance problems. Must have in-depth understanding of VOIP services and infrastructures. Must have advanced knowledge in 802.11 wireless networks and be able to conduct studies of antenna illumination patterns. Demonstrate good customer skills, the ability to work independently to complete assignments, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Be able to provide direction and assistance to teammates. Have knowledge of IETF and IEEE standards, the National Electric Code, and the National Electric Safety standards. Have excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Possess a current driver license. Be a United States citizen, or an individual who Customer and Supplier mutually agree otherwise qualifies as a U.S. Person under applicable export control laws and regulations.
