We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the product strategy and execution for a key enterprise initiative in Carmel, IN. In this hybrid role, you will champion a human-centered design approach to transform complex customer needs into clear, scalable product roadmaps. You will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and agile development teams to ensure high-impact delivery., * Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with core business strategies.

 * Lead independent solution discovery to clarify ambiguous project goals and define clear deliverables.
 * Partner with cross-functional technical and business teams to foster transparent communication and rapid iteration.
 * Apply business process analysis and Agile best practices to continuously optimize product outcomes.
