## Description

Designs, develops, and maintains software applications for customers in the building industry while working as part of a cross-functional agile team. Collaborates with experienced engineers to deliver high-quality solutions and build technical expertise through hands-on development and continuous learning., * Write, test, and debug software under the guidance of senior team members.

 * Contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications and services.
 * Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and requirements reviews as opportunities to learn and grow technical skills.
 * Refactor existing code with guidance to improve maintainability, performance, and reliability.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional team members to understand business requirements and contribute to customer-focused solutions.
 * Create and maintain unit tests for assigned work.
 * Learn and apply established coding standards, development practices, and software engineering principles.
 * Seek feedback and mentorship to continuously improve technical and professional skills.
 * Support agile development processes including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
