A collaborative and flexible style, with a general service mentality. * Accountability: demonstrates reliability by taking necessary actions to continuously meet required deadlines and goals. * Proven experience in data governance, or portfolio/Book of Work delivery within a complex, regulated environment. * Strong understanding of governance frameworks, decision-making forums, and execution discipline. * Confident communicator with the ability to produce and challenge constructively. * Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Product, Risk, Operations, and Technology., * Familiarity with enterprise tooling and building (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, Microsoft 365 & Power Platform) is preferred. ## Description This position will act as a key contributor to the CCO/OCRM Book of Work. The role involves coordinating across ECO, Product Management, Risk, Operations, and Technology stakeholders.
