* Active Epic Bridges Certification.
 * Strong knowledge of HL7 v2 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, etc.).
 * Experience with FHIR APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and healthcare interoperability standards.
 * Knowledge of healthcare workflows and EHR/EMR integrations.
 * Experience in interface troubleshooting, message validation, and production support., * Epic Bridges.

Qualification And Education:

 * Active Epic Bridges Certification.

## Description

* Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic Bridges interfaces.
 * Develop and support HL7 v2, FHIR, and web service integrations between Epic and third-party applications.
 * Perform interface analysis, data mapping, workflow validation, and end-to-end testing.
 * Monitor interface queues, diagnose failures, and resolve integration-related incidents within SLA.
 * Collaborate with Epic application teams, integration teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
 * Support production deployments, upgrades, monthly releases, and system enhancements.
 * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
 * Create and maintain interface specifications, workflow diagrams, and technical documentation.
 * Participate in on-call support for critical production issues as needed.
 * Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards and organizational security requirements.
