Knowledge of healthcare data standards including FHIR, HL7, CCDA, and EHR data models. * Experience defining requirements for healthcare analytics, reporting, or data warehouse initiatives. * Strong stakeholder management and Agile product ownership experience. Preferred Qualifications * Epic Ambulatory or ClinDoc experience/certification. * Experience with Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) programs. * Familiarity with Kaufman Hall, healthcare finance, or performance improvement analytics. * Experience with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or enterprise healthcare data platforms. * Understanding of provider productivity, operational, and financial performance metrics. * Ideal Candidate Profile * A healthcare Product Owner who can effectively bridge Clinical Operations, Epic/FHIR Integration, CDI, Revenue Cycle, and Financial Analytics, while drive discovery and defining the future-state analytics solution built on outpatient clinical documentation data.
