## Description

We are looking for a versatile Field Engineer to provide critical IT infrastructure support for a major global aviation leader. This is a high-impact role where you will manage hands-on technical installations, hardware moves, and complex troubleshooting across various environments, including corporate offices, reservation centers, and high-traffic airport terminals.

Core Responsibilities:

 * Deployment & IMAC: Manage the installation, movement, adding, and changing (IMAC) IT hardware and infrastructure.
 * Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware errors that standard procedures cannot fix.
 * On-Site Support: Provide rapid-response technical assistance during field visits and dispatches.
 * Documentation: Create detailed service reports, document workaround procedures, and maintain accurate records of technical solutions.
 * Client Relations: Build and maintain positive professional relationships with internal end-users and customers.
