## About the Role

* 5+ years of backend-focused full-stack software engineering experience
 * Startup experience, ideally from Pre-Seed through Series B
 * Experience with scalable backend systems and infrastructure
 * Interest or experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and healthcare technology

## Description

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small, fast-paced startup environment and taking ownership of projects from concept through production. The team is looking for an engineer with a strong backend focus and experience building scalable services and infrastructure.
The role will involve:

 * Building backend services and infrastructure that interface with LLMs and Generative AI models
 * Owning zero-to-one projects, from MVP development through scalable production systems
 * Helping scale existing products as the company expands
 * Improving backend architecture, observability, and code quality
 * Working closely with a lean engineering team and directly with the CTO
