Performance Tuning * Expertise in: * Query optimization (T-SQL) * Index tuning * Resolving locking and blocking issues * Experience monitoring performance across hybrid environments. Automation & Scripting * 2-3 years of experience with: * PowerShell * Command-line automation tools (DBA tools, cloud CLI) Hybrid & Cloud Technologies * Experience managing hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud). * Hands-on experience with: * Azure SQL (Database/Managed Instance) * AWS RDS for SQL Server * Knowledge of cloud migration tools (Azure DMS, AWS SMS) is preferred.
