 * ServiceNow CSA/CIS-HR certifications.
 * Experience in Agile delivery and enterprise HR transformation projects

## Description

* Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules.
 * Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable HR solutions.
 * Configure workflows, case management, knowledge management, and employee service center.
 * Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with Moveworks and/or Slate to improve self-service and automation.
 * Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
 * Perform testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
