Flexibility is essential to meet the changing needs of the company. * Work is hybrid out of our Columbia, MD headquarters, with a minimum of 3 days on-site weekly. Preferred Requirements * Prior experience or familiarity with Big Data Platforms or Data Lake architectures is a plus. * DoD 8140 / 8570 IAT Level II compliance certifications may be required in this position as directed by the customer. * Experience leading corporate product development strategy and execution for next-generation defense capabilities. * Experience with non-traditional and commercial firm-fixed price contracting. ## Description Enlighten is seeking a Director of Technology to provide visionary technical and operational leadership across our sector-wide programs. In this role, you will bridge deep technical vision with market strategy, capture excellence, and full P&L oversight. You will lead long-range planning, drive new business acquisition, and direct innovation pipelines to support operational systems at multiple military and intelligence locations, both CONUS and OCONUS.
