Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): + **Level 4:** 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience + Active Secret Clearance + Experience with structural analysis on military aerospace products + Experience with MIL-STD-1530 (Aircraft Structural Integrity Program) and its requirements + Experience with structural analysis software such as PATRAN/NASTRAN, StressCheck, and Lifeworks + Experience with Spectrum Generation + Experience with Full-Scale Fatigue Testing and/or other structural and material testing plans + Experience working on MRB (Materials Review Board) activities related to aircraft structures. + Experience with application of classical stress intensity solutions + Strong oral and written communications skills Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process., This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required., Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required, This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. ## Description + Lead development, integration and documentation of structural fatigue and fracture requirements.
