* Experience in data requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
 * Working knowledge of data pipeline concepts and data quality frameworks
 * Familiarity with SQL, Python or similar data tools (or equivalent analytical capability)
 * Understanding of business intelligence platforms or reporting tools
 * Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

 * Collaborating with data engineers and analysts to translate business needs into technical specifications
 * Documenting findings and recommendations in clear, stakeholder-friendly formats
