This contract opportunity in Manchester invites experienced transformation professionals to lead initiatives that could improve operational performance and create measurable impact across teams and functions. About the opportunity This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Transformation Lead opportunities within a fast-paced consulting and transformation environment. Roles of this type may involve partnering across multiple business functions to identify improvement opportunities, coordinate delivery of change initiatives and ensure sustained performance gains. You could work with stakeholders at various levels, translating strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans and supporting teams through periods of organisational change.
