## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Power BI Specialist
 * Microsoft Power BI Certification (or equivalent demonstrated proficiency)
 * Strong SQL skills and experience working with data quality analysis
 * Stakeholder engagement and communication experience in data and analytics contexts
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
 * Authorization to work in the United Kingdom

Nice-to-have

 * Experience with Azure data services or cloud-based data platforms
 * Knowledge of data pipeline design and ETL processes
 * Familiarity with APIs, microservices or distributed systems
 * Additional technical certifications in data, analytics or cloud platforms

## Description

We're looking to build our data and analytics capability with a Power BI Specialist who can deliver impactful business intelligence solutions. This is a contract opportunity based in Birmingham, West Midlands, where you could take ownership of Power BI development, data quality and stakeholder engagement to drive informed decision-making across the business., * Designing and building Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements

 * Managing data pipelines and ensuring data quality standards are met
 * Collaborating with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into solution design
 * Working with SQL to extract, transform and prepare data for Power BI models
 * Supporting end-users with training, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance
 * Contributing to the improvement of data governance and reporting standards
 * Liaising across teams to identify process improvements and analytics opportunities
