## About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with a strong HR operational background who has specialised in HR systems, reporting and data analysis., * Essential experience using IRIS/CASCADE.

 * Strong HR operational background with experience specialising in HR systems and reporting.
 * CIPD Level 5.
 * Experience using Power BI and creating dashboards.
 * Able to analyse complex data and provide meaningful insights and reports to senior management.
 * Experience creating user guides and delivering training.
 * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
 * Able to work at pace and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment., * IRIS/CASCADE: 1 year (required)

## Description

* Lead the day-to-day administration, maintenance and development of the HRIT system and associated systems.
 * Produce HR KPI data, management information and bespoke reports.
 * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, providing clear insights for senior stakeholders and the Executive Team.
 * Improve system workflows, automation and HR operational processes.
 * Lead on HRIT audits and deliver recommendations within agreed timescales.
 * Produce process documentation, user guides and process flows.
 * Train and coach colleagues and managers on HR systems and reporting.
 * Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems and respond to queries and information requests.
 * Ensure systems and processes meet UK legal and statutory requirements.
 * Provide data for statutory reporting, including ONS surveys.
 * Support ad hoc projects and the wider People & Culture team.
