How You Will Make an Impact * Drive measurable improvements in conversion, task completion and customer satisfaction through evidence-led experience decisions. * Reduce friction with better-structured journeys that support business growth and future-ready frameworks. * Establish experience standards adopted across teams and markets, improving quality and enabling faster delivery. ## Description This is a pivotal role supporting our O+O (Offline & Online) strategy, to shape the architecture of customer experiences across App, Mobile and Desktop for AS Watson Group. As a UX Architect in our Customer Experience team, you will use insight and knowledge to design the information architecture, navigation and personalisation frameworks that make customer journeys intuitive, scalable and commercially effective. Working across international markets, you will turn business strategy into clear experience frameworks that shape how millions of customers experience our brands so we can put a smile on our customers' faces today and tomorrow.
