## About the Role

* Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
 * Knowledge of containerisation technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)
 * Understanding of CI/CD principles and tools
 * Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code approaches and tools such as Terraform
 * Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
 * Right to work in the United Kingdom

Nice-to-have

 * Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
 * AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification
 * Experience with microservices architecture
 * Knowledge of distributed systems design
 * Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python)
 * Experience with monitoring and logging tools
 * Understanding of network security and DMZ concepts

## Description

Cloud engineering roles could involve designing, building and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure that supports modern applications and services. A central theme could be collaborating across teams to ensure reliable, secure and efficient cloud operations while supporting continuous delivery pipelines., * Supporting the design, deployment and maintenance of cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS and GCP

 * Contributing to the implementation and management of containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes
 * Assisting with the development and maintenance of infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
 * Supporting CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimisation
 * Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
 * Contributing to system monitoring, logging and performance optimisation
 * Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity planning
