## About the Role

* 6+ years of experience with planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects, including business process modernization using low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Platform or Dynamics 365
 * 3+ years of experience with leading and guiding the work of technical and functional domain staff
 * Experience identifying risks and issues proactively, before they impact deadlines, standards, or cost targets
 * Experience with planning project stages and assessing business implications at each stage
 * Experience working in Agile environments
 * Experience navigating conflict among stakeholders or team members and resolving it directly
 * Ability to establish and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organization
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
 * Bachelor's degree
 * Agile PMP Certification

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience managing projects involving Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse or Dynamics 365 modules
 * Experience with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) frameworks
 * Experience with cloud tools, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
 * Experience with planning and leading major technology or COTS software assignments to inform technical and business decision-makers
 * Experience supporting user adoption, training, or change-management for LCNC solutions
 * Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Power Platform Certifications
 * Scrum Master Certification
 * ITIL Certification
