## Description

Seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to design, automate, and operate next-generation hybrid cloud and Kubernetes platforms. This hands-on technical leadership role focuses on Kubernetes, IaC, GitOps, automation, platform reliability, and self-service capabilities. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain Kubernetes platforms, cluster operations, add-ons, Helm charts, and deployment standards.
Develop reusable infrastructure modules using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
Support hybrid cloud platforms including Azure and GCP.
Drive workload migration from VMs to containers.
Implement declarative, API-driven infrastructure aligned with GitOps.
Automate provisioning, configuration, and platform lifecycle management.
Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, logging, and tracing.
Participate in on-call support, incident response, RCA, and reliability improvements.
Manage Kubernetes security, RBAC, policy enforcement, and compliance.
