Drive corrective action through root cause identification and structured problem solving. Lead and participate in Process Failure Mode and Affect Analysis (PFMEA) and dimensional engineering strategies. Create quality documents, lead product and process qualification, and complete audit processes. Gather and analyze data through statistical techniques while using computer software tools, such as Excel or Minitab, to analyze data to detect trends and abnormalities. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards and convert into manufacturing control plans and work instructions. Perform and analyze fabrication and assembly equipment process capability studies and developing process validation plans and documenting results., PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
