Day in the Life As our Manufacturing Quality Systems Engineer, you'll move seamlessly from the lab to the line to the customer call-owning the systems that keep product quality world-class. * Start your morning reviewing SPC dashboards and quality metrics, surfacing trends and opportunities for improvement. * Head to the floor to validate inspection methods, sampling plans, and gauge programs-supporting CTE and Bytewise laser measurement systems. * Lead a quick stand-up with production and Associate Quality Engineers to align on CAPA priorities and DPPM/scrap reduction goals. * Facilitate a root cause analysis on a recent defect, documenting corrective and preventive actions. * Wrap the day approving customer quality documentation and preparing for an upcoming audit.
