## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical support experience across Windows and macOS environments, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous., * 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience

 * Strong experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
 * Experience with networking fundamentals, MDM solutions, and antivirus/security tools
 * Working knowledge of:
 * Active Directory
 * Okta
 * Microsoft Exchange / M365
 * SaaS and cloud-based platforms
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment
 * Previous experience within a pharmaceutical or regulated industry environment is a plus, * Windows: 5 years (Preferred)
 * MacOS Server: 4 years (Preferred)
 * IT support: 5 years (Required)

## Description

We are currently seeking a mid-level IT Support Consultant to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment supporting executive and internal users across the organization. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with strong potential for year-over-year extension, based onsite in New York City, requiring 5 days per week in the office., * Provide high-quality technical support to internal users and executive stakeholders

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and mobile device issues
 * Support Windows and macOS environments
 * Manage and support MDM, antivirus, and endpoint management tools
 * Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access management systems
 * Support technologies including Active Directory, Okta, Exchange/M365, and related SaaS platforms
 * Set up and deploy laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and collaboration tools
 * Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues with internal infrastructure teams
 * Document technical processes, user setups, and troubleshooting procedures
 * Deliver a high-touch, customer-service-oriented support experience
 * Provide occasional after-hours support when required
