Do you have experience in Usability testing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience in usability testing

 * Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
 * 13+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
 * Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design
 * Proven track record of shipping production-ready designs, * Experience in managing UX Design and rapid prototyping efforts
 * Experience guiding, training and mentoring others
 * Experience designing for industrial or technical environments
 * Knowledge of human factors and ergonomics
 * Background in safety-critical or mission-critical system design
 * Experience designing for operations or manufacturing settings
 * Strong understanding of data visualization and complex systems
 * Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field

## Description

* Work in a highly ambiguous environment to define UX in a first to market product
 * Set vision and execute on building intuitive interfaces and experiences for industrial technology applications
 * Create user flows and interaction patterns that simplify complex operations for customers
 * Develop and maintain scalable design systems
 * Partner with User Researcher or lead user research initiatives with operators and field personnel
 * Build and test prototypes for various use cases
 * Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams
 * Ensure consistency across multiple services and interfaces
 * Document and communicate design decisions effectively
