* Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden in Service- und Supportfällen
 * Installation unserer HP Desktop Lösungen bei unseren Kunden, remote und auch vor Ort
 * Administration, Monitoring und Trouble-Shooting der IT-Umgebungen
 * Priorisierung neuer bzw. bestehender Support-Anfragen
 * Kommunikation mit unseren Herstellern, Eröffnung und Tracking von Hersteller-Support-Cases
 * Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Anfragen und Vorgängen über unser ERP-Ticketsystem
