* AWS Expertise: 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, etc.)\n
 * Container & Orchestration: Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments\n
 * CI/CD: Proven track record building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines (or similar)\n
 * Observability: Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or similar logging and monitoring solutions\n
 * Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools\n
 * Scripting & Automation: Proficient in Python, Bash, or similar for automation tasks\n
 * Problem Solver: You debug complex distributed systems and find elegant solutions to infrastructure challenges\n
 * Communication: Strong English skills; German is a plus\n, * Experience in FinTech, SaaS platforms, or developer tools\n
 * Knowledge of testing frameworks\n
 * Understanding of web performance optimization techniques\n
 * Familiarity with AWS services and cloud deployment\n
 * Basic understanding of backend technologies and APIs\n
