 * Netzwerk & Security: Betreuung von Firewalls, VPNs, WLAN und Netzwerksegmentierung - du sorgst dafür, dass alles sicher und stabil läuft
 * Cloud & Modern Workplace: Verwaltung von Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory / Entra ID und hybriden Umgebungen
 * Client-Management: Rollout, Patch-Management und Absicherung von Endgeräten
 * Backup & Disaster Recovery: Konzeption und Überwachung unserer Backup-Strategien
 * Support & Troubleshooting: 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support bei komplexeren Störungen - du bist die Eskalationsstufe, auf die sich das Team verlässt
 * Automatisierung: Scripting (PowerShell & Co.), um wiederkehrende Aufgaben zu automatisieren und Prozesse effizienter zu machen
