## Description

* Du startest bei uns im Team mit max. 20 Stunden/pro Woche, befristet zunächst auf 12 Monate
 * Anwendersupport und Unterstützung in der Ticketbearbeitung
 * Installation, Wartung und Betreuung von Hard- und Software (Windows, Office, RFID-Technik)
 * Community Engagement: Interaktion mit unserer Community (Kommentare, DMs, Trends aufgreifen)
 * Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien, z.B. KI-Lösungen im Produktionsumfeld
