 * Steuerung und Qualitätsüberwachung externer IT Service Provider anhand definierter Kennzahlen und Service Levels
 * Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Fachbereichen im Rahmen von Projekten und Infrastrukturinitiativen
 * Kostenplanung, Budgetkontrolle sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerklandschaft
