 * Experience interfacing software with hardware or test equipment
 * Ability to work with and improve existing codebases
 * Desirable: experience with WinUI 3
 * Desirable: experience with C/C++ or LabView
 * Desirable: experience in manufacturing or production test environments
 * Desirable: experience with jigs, fixtures, or tooling
 * Desirable: experience with automation, multithreading, or performance optimisation
 * Desirable: experience with databases or calibration/test workflows

## Description

* Build and improve software that talks directly to a wide range of real-world equipment, including power supplies, acquisition systems, cameras, and test hardware
 * Develop software for manufacturing automation
 * Work across automation, databases, and test and calibration workflows
 * Contribute to parallel processing, performance optimisation, and multi-threading improvements
 * Explore machine learning and emerging AI where it adds value
 * Work on end-to-end systems rather than a narrow slice of software
