## About the Role

Required

 * Level 3 IT Services & Support technologies or equivalent
 * Strong understanding of MS 365 and MS Azure applications
 * Knowledge of IT compliance standards and an understanding of Cyber essential posture
 * GCSE grade 5 in both Maths and English
 * Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work independently and work well as part of a team

Desirable

 * Level 4 IT Services & Support technologies or equivalent
 * SSCP certification or working towards

## Description

To work along side the IT Lead in providing prompt and efficient IT and AV support to the business and to ensure compliant and smooth operation at all times. This role provides hands-on support for infrastructure, events and users, with a strong focus on maintaining cyber security standards., * Provide first line IT and AV support for the business and events held on site. ( to include Energus staff, graduates, apprentices, visitors and tenants of the building)

 * Maintain and support IT infrastructure (hardware and software)
 * Work closely with third party IT contractors to resolve issues
 * Participate in planned maintenance activities including some time out of hours as necessary
 * Provide out of hours event IT and AV support as required
 * Work closely with the IT lead to ensure all relevant policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times
 * Any additional tasks as directed by the IT lead
